Outfitt is an outdoor fitness group our focus is on providing high intensity fitness training to surf lifesavers and their friends. Our training is designed to push you to the limit and work together in a group while you are there focus is on body-weight activities with limited equipment while harnessing the terrain and structures to deliver a versatile workout.

Soft sand 7.8km run to the wall of death and back carrying medicine balls and stereo shook everyone up on Wednesday. Solid efforts by Huge, Andrew, Meg and Eva for pushing through the mental barriers and surviving.

Monday we pushed the truck tyre up and down every set of stairs along the beach to north street and back this will come in handy when the fuel runs out and we need to replace trucks. Two new attendees enjoyed the baptism of tyre, both followed our two rules of no talking and no walking very well. And got right to the end the only one who voted was Glenn who gets extra points well done mate.
