Throughout Wasp Creek RFB's operational lifetime brigade members have assisted at fires as far north as Townsville, and have also travelled to help crews in New South Wales, as far south as Sydney. Wasp Creek RFB is staffed entirely by highly trained and dedicated volunteers that are on call 24hrs a day, every day of the year. The brigade conducts training every Tuesday evening and every second Sunday morning. Applications for new members are always welcome.
