Clients will rave about YOU when they get a primo experience AND your life is way easier when your client journey is mapped out and purposely designed βοΈ
If this is not happening for you, check that youβve ticked off my top 3 tips for creating workflows that result in a fab client experience:
π―πΌββοΈ Plan out the steps in your client journey and tasks required backend to provide that fantastic client journey in minute detail. There may be 10+ steps in a simple enquiry phase but they are all important and need to be mapped.
π―πΌββοΈ Ensure you have the correct action, triggers and content selected for each step in your workflow (automations are only as good as the instructions you give them)
π―πΌββοΈ Create content that informs and inspires confidence in your service. Outline what will happen next at each key step in the journey, provide key information to pre-empt anticipated questions and keep your client confident that they are in good hands with you π
Make sure you save this post for later! And if you get stuck mapping your process you know where I am. - send me a DM any time π½

Have you been putting it off???
If you've been following me for a while you know that at the end of each month I share a Dubsado declutter tip to encourage you to do some 'bite sized' tidying up of your set-up. At the risk of sounding like a broken record .......π¨π¨π¨ doing this is a way to save yourself a lot of time from needlessly hunting through old forms, obsolete canned emails, out of date packages and inactive projects etc. Keeping your Dubsado in tip top shape will increase your productivity for sure! πππ
Last month's was an important one but should have been a nice quick one and that was to do a quick review of your payment plans. How did you go with that?
July's declutter task is to take a look at your schedulers π
πΈ As usual, delete any old schedulers that you are no longer using.
πΈ Review your availability in each scheduler and update where required.
πΈ Create new scheduler/s for any new services OR if your existing schedulers are not quite as you need them and find you are frequently modifying them manually before you send them out.
πΈ Ensure you have appointment reminder emails included in your scheduler templates so reminders are automatically sent anytime a client books a call with you. So helpful in minimising no shows!
πΈ Check that your connected calendar is synced and the import/export boxes are ticked so that there are no conflicts with your availability.
You can do it! Comment below with your best βYES I did itβ π π π π emoji when youβre done.
PS - If you have any questions or need help setting up schedulers please feel free to DM me.

How can it be that time again already! π§π€·ββοΈ
but it's end of May so time to dedicate half an hour to do a quick section of a declutter and tidy of your Dubsado.
It's less overwhelming to do small portions at a time so I hope my monthly reminders are helping with that π
So far we've looked at canned emails, packages and last month contracts. Is your account starting to look a little bit neater than at the beginning of the year? πππ
Our end of May's tidy task is to review your forms.
1 - delete anything that is no longer in use. If you aren't quite ready to delete an old form then add a 'Z' at the beginning of its name and it will be taken to the bottom of your form list and you wont have to scroll past it to find current forms.
2 - Update any branding if you've had a brand change or give your forms a bit of a design refresh if you're feeling bored with how they look.
3 - look for any content changes that might improve your client journey or save you some extra time somewhere in your process.
4 - check all of the form settings and double check that fields that should be linked are actually linked to the correct fields.
Anything else you do to sort our your forms? Would love to know π
Let's get tidying - you can do it! Comment below with your best βYES I did itβ emoji when youβre done.
