Unfortunately due too the number of no shows and cancellations we are getting we will be introducing a cancellation fee It’s not something we want to do but unfortunately it's happening on a daily basis . We send a reminder SMS that are sent out at least 3 days in advance.
3days out - no charge will be taken. Less then 24 hours notice- 1/2 of grooming charge will be taken. Cancellation fee must be paid before we will rebook for next grooming appointment.
