Our 8-step process includes:

1. Kick off meeting - we get the ball rolling by defining expectations and setting objectives so you have a clear certification plan.
2. Gap audit - next we conduct a gap analysis to review your current processes and documentation and identify a development strategy.
3. Documentation phase - all the documentation you need for an ISO system will be produced, formatted, branded and designed to integrate seamlessly into your system.
4. Train the team - we train your team in the new system so you can start producing records in preparation for your certification audit.
5. Implementation phase - this is where we conduct internal audit, management review meeting and get you ready for your certification audit.
6. Stage 1 audit - This is a documentation audit by the certification body to make sure you are ready for your stage 2 certification audit.
7. Review - Any action items for stage 1 audit will be rectified before the stage 2 audit.
8. Stage 2 audit - This audit is where the certification body conducts an audit and confirms the implementation of the ISO standard requirements.
