Happy Dots Holiday Huddle 💜💙

This school holidays, our team came together for an afternoon of discipline-specific learning, giving each team dedicated time to develop their skills and strengthen the support we provide to children and families.

✨ Our Occupational Therapists had the privilege of learning from Michelle O’Sullivan (OT), exploring the assessment and management of hypermobility and gaining practical strategies to take straight back into the clinic.

🗣️ Our Speech Pathologists spent the afternoon with Shae Rodgers, building their knowledge and confidence in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) to better support children with complex communication needs.

💻 Our Administration Team, led by Amanda, held their own dedicated training session, reviewing and refining the processes that support our clients and families behind the scenes. Exceptional client care starts long before a therapy session begins, and we’re proud to continually improve the experience we provide.

At Happy Dots, we’re passionate about creating a culture of continuous learning. Investing in our people means investing in better outcomes for every child and family who walks through our doors.
