As women, our Sense-ual (sense-you-all) Nature is the doorway into our deepest Sense of Self. It opens us to living in the present moment, creating a sense of trust, power and connection, in an exquisitely tangible way that you can feel in every cell of your body. At the same time, our upbringing, within our family and society has not necessarily been one to cultivate a healthy relationship to our bodies and own authentic sensual nature.
When a woman confidently embodies her Sense-ual Nature, she does not need to project a powerful persona to attract the respect and attention she wants (romantically or otherwise). She becomes attractive, powerful, sensual, and grounded. She lights up a room, feels her inner knowing and has the confidence to set healthy boundaries with others.
When we connect to our sense-ual nature as women, it supports us to:
better know what brings us joy and pleasure and what doesnt, and follow these inner impulses better in day to day life.
- be in touch with our sense of playfulness and light heartedness, that can make life easier and more pleasurable.
-feel more connected to our vitality, the inner energy that gives us drive to move towards our desires.
I’m very passionate about creating spaces for Women to come back to this natural sense of sensuality in their body’s. This space that always exist but we don’t always make time to remember. Life is so much easier when we’re home in our bodies.

Its hard to put into words the magic that unfolds on these powerful weekends. When we commit to the inner outer journey into a retreat or Spiritual Intensive, our consciousness and our body knows we will have sacred space for self, to go inward, to be held, supported, to let go and receive. Nothing brings me greater joy than connecting into the Shamanic space, to walk with a foot in the physical and one in the inner world, supporting women to remember more of their own Divine and Wild Nature. Im deeply inspired by wisdom that each woman brings and offers into the group to support each woman’s journey, the sharing that bonds us together, the magical way the theme deepens and evolves based on what the group needs over the weekend is so powerful, inspiring and Joyous. The unfolding is beyond anything we as individuals can plan, a greater plan orchestrated by the collective field of Love that connects all of us together, and that we are plan an important part in unfolding during these weekends.
Thankyou to the sweet sisters that joined me in this journey, for the plan, the depth, the inspiration, transformation and community. Keep blazing as the incredible stars that you are. And deep thanks to all of my teachers, and this sacred place of Mystery Bay and the ancestors that have cared for and continue to care for this place for such a long time. Its such a joy and privilege to do this work (if you can call it that!).
