Day 2 of The Push-Up Challenge: 72 push-ups.

Today’s number is an important one: 72% of men do not seek help when facing mental health challenges.

As someone who works in finance, I cannot see the number 72 without thinking about the Rule of 72 — the simple idea that small things, repeated consistently over time, can compound into something much bigger.

I think mental health can work in a similar way.

One check-in.
One walk.
One honest conversation.
One mate actually listening.
One person saying, “I am not okay.”

Small actions can compound into real change.

I am doing The Push-Up Challenge to raise awareness and funds for mental health. If you are able to support the cause, the donation link is in the post.

And yes, after yesterday’s audit from Brenton, today’s video includes more than the 5% deposit. 😂💪

Day 1 of The Push-Up Challenge: 100 push-ups 💪

Today’s mental health focus is a good reminder: as little as 10 minutes in green space can help boost wellbeing.

My financial wellbeing thought: take the same approach with your money. Spend 10 minutes checking your cashflow, your loan rate, your savings buffer, or one bill that has been sitting in the too-hard basket.

Small actions matter. With fitness, mental health, and money, momentum builds one step at a time.

If you are struggling, please speak to someone. Lifeline is available 24/7 on 13 11 14.
