Second qualifier at tyre massacre 💥

After coming home from leeton with some issues we decided to do a full check over and cleanup of shred em, dumped the oil and found some suprises on the plug. We noticed a lifter tick before the first round so means it did 2-3 sets like this somehow 😬
Made an last minute decision to enter into tyre massacre and try again, got 2 skids in one better then the other but sadly didn’t make finals 🤷♂️
Ute performed unreal and drove on the trailer with no issues, back to its hiding place for a bit

After saying the Ute was getting locked away it ended up coming back out for a day in Leeton 🤷♂️
Got 3 skids in but kept having issues we think from the fuel system causing the motor not to rev high and bog down
Overall the Ute dit its job but needs some tlc before it’s next outing

A huge weekend all finished up and the car performed effortlessly as usual. Not as much cruising as I’d hoped but that’s what happens when 3500 cars are accepted into the event 🤷♂️
Had 3 skids on the pad and ended up making the open class finals, placing top 10. Not bad for 300 competitors 🥳
