A brick‑anchored podium with a lighter, stepped form above and balconies and edges that catch light throughout the day are what characterise the Vera facade.

Work is steadily progressing at Olivine in Batemans Bay. 🏗️🚧

Our focus has been on safely clearing the site and rebuilding momentum through design and planning.

With early works complete, we’re lining up civil and in-ground services to kick off from February.

Site stripping is complete, and survey set-out for the capping beams is underway. The team has also wrapped up coordination and setup, laying the groundwork for Stage One activities.

Olivine is coming to Batemans Bay, a boutique coastal development bringing fresh, modern homes to the South Coast. Each residence is designed to make the most of natural light, outlook and everyday convenience.
