I conquered the Hounslow Classic 17km trail race!

The course took us through 17km of breathtaking Blue Mountain cliff tops and scenic riverside trails of the Grand Canyon, totaling 900m of elevation gain with .vet.

What an absolutely amazing experience! Though, my calves and hip flexors are feeling the burn now...

Exciting news! On Monday 30th September I made my first foray into Switzerland! I landed in Geneva and I… immediately crossed the border into the French countryside. 😱 I know, it’s crazy. But I am staying on the French side of the border, in the beautiful French countryside, giving me the best of both.

I am going to be making dips into both the Swiss and the French countryside while I am here and I hope to post some beautiful snaps and moments from my travels here.

On this adventure I will be visiting Switzerland, France, Greece, UK, and yes, you guessed it… Japan! Again!

By now you should know I love Japan so we will be racking another visit this time to the beautiful Okinawa on the end of the moment and a half of travel.
