Please meet Airin, Castlepoint’s Account Lifecycle Manager.

Airin joined the Castlepoint team in 2020 and is responsible for client management and customer success. With her in-depth experience and knowledge of our award-winning solution, Airin supports our new and existing clients to make the most of our product for their information management and compliance needs. Before joining us at Castlepoint, Airin previously worked in accounting, sales, and operations both in Australia and overseas.

Airin says her favourite things about working at Castlepoint are the working environment, the company values, and the opportunities for career progression.

Airin is very fond of spicy food – if a dish doesn’t have chilli in it, she’ll put it in there! She’s also a big fan of bubble tea. When Airin isn’t work, she likes to spend time with friends and family, having brunch and coffee.
