we currently have lots of these creatures available, from 1 week to a few months old.
Munching away. This will be gone completely within another 5 minutes or so. If you don't see a moult happen, you will notice that your sticky has just appeared to double in size overnight.
We're back!.... we had one very healthy mama spiny leaf insect this year who laid a couple of hundred eggs, so we have a lot of young stick insects ready to go to their new homes. There are both male and female offspring and there is some colour variety in the older stickies.
They range in age from a week to several months old, and we have available:
* Nymphs - very young - newly hatched to a month old
* Toddler - these don't move as fast as nymphs and have a more traditional shape. Sometimes possible to identify gender depending on size.
* Teens - very small adults, still have a couple of moults left. Easy to identify gender
* Adults - not yet available
Costs are:
Nymphs - $4 each or 3 for $10
Toddler / Teens - $7.50 each or 3 for $20
Adults (when available) $12.50 each
Pick up is from Belconnen (I can arrange to leave them out so you can collect at a time convenient for you) or possibly collection from the city a couple of days a week.
