We are saddened to hear of the loss of CCYS Life member Andrew Heard. The whole kitchen team extend our most heartfelt condolences to Erica and to the whole CCYS community.

A subtle nod to the Pavlova. Smooth South east Asian flavours with Pandan and coconut, zingy freshness from some lemon balm and some refined decadence from the rose pashmak. just like a ballerina.
