The vision behind The Isles - The Isles takes its inspiration from the oysters once collected by Indigenous people along The Spit. The hands of past ancestors collecting oysters gently unfold to reveal the soft, wavy façade that shapes the architecture.

At the southern gateway to The Spit, a new story is beginning to unfold.
A place where land meets water.
Designed by and inspired by the organic beauty of an oyster shell - a timeless symbol of The Spit’s heritage - this project celebrates the areas rich history while shaping its next chapter.
At its heart will be 27 once-in-a-lifetime residences, an 18-berth marina, beautifully landscaped parklands and a signature waterfront restaurant – designed to reconnect the shoreline with the community.
