G’day Broome,

We’re looking for a full-time Admin Officer to help run the office at All Aussie Air-conditioning.

If you know simPRO inside and out and have experience in trades business operations, this could be the role for you.

🔧 What you’ll be doing

Quoting and invoicing through simPRO and Xero
Booking jobs and keeping the tradies’ schedule full
Answering phones and managing customer enquiries
General office admin — emails, filing, office supplies
Running social media and paid advertising campaigns
Creating promotional content for the business

✅ What we need

Minimum 3 years admin experience
Strong simPRO experience — essential
Confident using Xero
Organised, proactive, and good with people
Social media/design experience is a big bonus

💰 What you’ll get

Full-time Monday to Friday role
$70,000 – $95,000+ depending on experience
Great crew and a busy, varied workplace
Based locally in Broome — no FIFO
Flexible start date for the right person

We’re an authorised Daikin service centre and have been keeping Broome and the Kimberley cool for years.
