DMAC Racing

It’s been all go for Dylan lately — working the top end of the state between Broome → Kununurra → Broome → Fitzroy Crossing → Broome → Kununurra, before flying back in on race day.

Meanwhile, Dad has been flat‑out behind the scenes getting W18 ready for a full heart transplant after the unfortunate demise of the previous motor.

The boys worked hard, bolting everything together just in time to make the 220km run up the road to Derby Speedway for the Boab Spectacular (Saturday 20 June).

Missing the first heat while still on the road, Dylan came out swinging in the second and third — looking strong and grabbing wins in both.

When everything settled, the podium stood:

🥉 Jason Webb

A massive effort from everyone involved, especially considering how tight the turnaround was.

❌ ROUND 4 – BROOME SPEEDWAY
Unfortunately, Round 4 (20/06/26) was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.

So instead, the boys enjoyed a couple of cold ones at the bar, burgers from the canteen, and an early night.

🏆 NEXT MEET – 2026 WA STATE TITLE
Saturday 11 July 2026, when Broome Speedway hosts the 2026 WA Modlite State Title.

Our two-night meet, which was meant to be the Australian National Modlite Title, Broome Speedway still went ahead with the focus of families and our juniors, but for Dylan didn’t quite go to plan.

Dylan looked unstoppable in the first heat.

Unfortunately, the second heat showed signs that the motor was getting tired, and by the third heat, it had finally had enough and let go. 💥🔧

Now comes the hard part — a big day ahead pulling everything apart, assessing the damage, and making plans to send the motor off to the experts for some much-needed attention from the motor doctor. 🛠️🚚

It’s definitely not the result we were hoping for, but that’s racing, and we will be back to have another crack. 💪🏁

Unfortunately the 2026 Australian National Title which was to be held at Dylan’s home track was cancelled due to low interstate numbers and the current economical issues!

We are happy to support our North West tracks 220km north, Derby and 800km south Karratha.
