Not just the biological stuff, that's important, but there is so much more. Regardless of whether you are going to be sexually active or not, it is important to feel confident in your own skin:

Feeling good about your body. Knowing that you are the boss of your own body. How to say no. Accepting no for an answer. What to do if someone violates your boundaries. Perhaps you have someone in mind who could benefit from some support in this area and you would like to discuss your concerns. Imagine the support of someone who gets it and won't shy away from the hard, tricky
