Big news for *337 Logan*! Our recently approved multi-residential project will rise 15 storeys, delivering 146 thoughtfully designed units while celebrating the heritage fabric of Logan Road.

At the street level, the preserved heritage-listed façade anchors the project, with the tower above drawing inspiration from the gridlike rhythm of historic architecture. But this is more than just a building—it’s part of a broader vision. A cross-block link stitches together the urban fabric, creating a seamless connection between the creekside and the vibrant Stones Corner High Street.

As the form extends through the site, it transitions into a more contemporary language, binding with the adjacent tower through a central green core—a shared space for residents that fosters community and connection.

A project deeply rooted in place, history, and forward-thinking design. We can’t wait to see this one take shape!

Our proposal for 6 dwellings on Balmoral Hill, with 360 degree views including Brisbane City, Hamilton Reach, Moreton Bay and Mounts Coot-tha, Nebo and Glorious, received approval through mediation this week with Brisbane City Council. It is a massive milestone for our team, to achieve an approval that was otherwise considered to be the unthinkable. Thanks to everyone for their professional inputs!
