Morning all, meet our Head of Run Club

Why I Run:
Running has always been an outlet for me.

Although I was a Track star growing up, as an adult it’s been my way of dealing with emotions.

Now it has also become my passion, and I love seeing how much I can better myself to hit new goals.

Why are you part of unfit:
I grew up on the Coast, I had groups of friends so joining unfit was purely about running for me.

I soon became hooked as I found a family! My team are always pushing me to do things I didn’t think I’d ever achieve. And when things are tough they pick me back up!

I loveee the Gym, Boxing, hiking, cooking/baking, yoga, I sketch, Skate & Surf. Recently got into swimming and soon cycling.

What you do for a living, study, business etc
I have owned a hair salon for the past 6 years and been hairdressing for 16 years (don’t do the math) I’ve been studying marketing and previously did Fitness & Nutrition.

Happy New Year everyone.

We thought we’d jump onboard the whole new year, new me thing 🫣🫣

This year We’ll be rolling out a heap new projects, partnerships & events + maybe even some new locations & a heeeeap of other rad things that we’ll announce to you in time.

We’ll also be offering new ways for you to connect with us.

We’ve just launched 2 new WhatsApp groups, with more to be released soon.

Group 1 - weekly run location & event updates
Group 2 - a space to connect with other UNFIT runners to arrange random catch ups outside of our usual UNFIT organised runs.

We have got an absolute bucket load of new projects and a very exciting direction that we’re going to take UNFIT this year.

But of course it’s crucial for us that we keep you involved in the decision making process as this UNFIT baby grows.

We want to hear anything that you feel will really add to your experience at Run Club, at events, products, collabs & anything in between.

Even some updates as basic as how we can improve a run map, better parking, new run clubs times, collabs, clothing, music, event set up, partnerships, activations, new locations, new run days etc.

Sunny Coast Beer Drinkers (Runners)

Tonight is our final run of the year and what a year it’s been 🍻🍻🍻

Ofc all ages & abilities & kids & doggos are welcome.

Tomorrow night is OFFICIALLY our last run of 2023. Sooo seeing as we are all in the jolly festive spirit we have decided to make tomorrow’s beer run at a CHRISTMAS/FESTIVE THEME attire. Bring your best Christmas shirt/hat/socks on the day.

There will be a raffle post run with the Henchman giving away some unreal PRIZES for best dressed which will include:
