Another fence installed for a repeat client in Clayfield, H4 treated hardwood posts and rails with a solid base of CCA treated hardwood sleepers to keep the palings away from the moisture in the ground and ensure a long life for this fence. Still have a timber rail capping to install to protect the top edge of the palings, do it once and do it right to avoid regular replacement and maintenance.

Clayfield front fence complete, painted white to suit the aesthetics of the house and street, remote control gate openers installed to all gates for convenient entry and a doorbell installed to the passenger gate.

Strip drain with a 65mm agi line, connected to a new stormwater outlet at the street to divert water away from the garage at the end of the driveway.

Engaged a professional utility locater before breaking ground to locate the multiple NBN cables, sewer and gas lines all running through the boundary.

Galvanised steel posts with extra waterproofing below ground to ensure a long life for this fence. 50 X 25 Treated pine battens for a modern and cost effective look.
