So here I am, I have created my coaching page and setting off on my new adventure! Although I have been coaching for a few years now, I am looking to further my reach and take it on as more than a 'serious hobby'

I love running, I love how it brings people together, I love how it makes people feel, I love that it grounds people, I love that it helps people in other aspects of their lives.

In the next few weeks, I will be getting a local track session organised in Jindalee. I hope that people nearby come and try it out. More on that later.
