What you resist persists.
Most of us have heard this short powerful phrase before.
It’s been coming up so much for me recently.
My go to for resistance is procrastination, in both my personal and professional lives.
I have been doing quite a bit of personal development and clearing of limiting beliefs recently and resistance is kicking in hard. I’m scared. Scared of failing. Scared of having all of my dreams come true. Scared of judgement.
The fear is all made up in my mind. It’s trying to keep me safe. Something inside of me is trying to break through, but often the fear takes over and I fall back into old habits.

Moving my body on a daily basis is a non-negotiable for me because it feels good.
For too long I exercised to burn calories or punish myself for overeating.
Many years ago I used to run a lot, until I realised I was running from my problems and myself. I was fit, but miserable!
Now I move my body for fun, enjoyment, social interaction and to feel my feelings.
