THREE INGREDIENT HIGH PROTEIN PANCAKES

An absolute go to in our household which yields approx 35g of protein!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of cottage cheese
1/2 cup of oats
2 large eggs
Pinch of salt
Pinch of Cinnamon (optional)

Method:
1. Mix everything in a blender until well combined
2. Heat frying pan over medium heat. Add the batter in 2-3 tablespoon portions (the above photo is 2 tablespoon portions) and cook until golden
3. Serve with your choice of fruit and syrup (photo includes maple syrup, strawberries, raspberries, touch of strawberry jam.
4. Lick your plate clean
