Our Managing Director, Jo Kitney, Steering Healthy Minds Board of Directors Meeting and Strategy Day 2026, hosted by EML in their Sydney offices.



It was a day for the Directors to reflect, forward plan, and strengthen the shared commitment to supporting mental health outcomes across the transport industry 🚚 It was also a first, with Directors based across Australia all meeting in person for the first time!



Truck drivers and logistics workers face unique mental health risks and are overrepresented for mental health challenges, particularly fatigue, isolation, long hours, and high job demands.

Steering Healthy Minds is committed to supporting workers and securing workplaces where workers are safe and supported through peer to peer mental health support programs.
