One of our biggest engines on the test stand today finishing off calibration runs. The IF560 is a very smooth engine, the incredible power transition of the 4-cylinder engines is unbeatable. Combined with INF Inject Pty Ltd EFI the efficiency allows for long range operations for Group 3 Unmanned Aircraft.

The INF 100cc EFI Engine is a twin cylinder high-performance, fuel-injected UAV propulsion system designed for Group 3 unmanned aircraft with a maximum take-off weight (MTOW) of approximately 48kg. Built with components from Desert Aircraft, a trusted U.S. engine manufacturer, this engine delivers reliable performance for defence, commercial, and ISR applications.

The DA100 core engine has a long history in the unmanned industry and has powered numerous UAV programs worldwide. Known for its exceptional smoothness and reliability, the INF 100 variant is an excellent choice for applications where vibration control is crucial. This makes it ideal for ISR camera payloads and sensitive onboard avionics, ensuring stable performance and high-quality data collection

100cc Twin-Cylinder Engine – Lightweight, CNC-machined for durability and high tolerance precision. Decreased vibrations due to the twin opposing cylinder configuration.
INF Inject EFI System – Optimized fuel consumption, improved reliability, and real-time telemetry for enhanced mission performance.
Electronic Engine Management – Integrated system for precise throttle control and monitoring. Engine health management and protections throughout missions.
Fuel Efficiency – Using INF Fuel Injection improves fuel efficiency up to 65% compared to traditional carburettor engines, extending range capabilities enormously.
Advanced Electronic Ignition – Using INF Ignite twin cylinder ignition provides advanced ignition curves and RPM control as well as a unique safe-start protocol for low RPM starting and transition to full run mode.
Twin Spark capable – Available in a twin spark (IF100FITS, IF100FIALTTS) variant with dual independent ignition modules for redundancy during complex missions.
Optional Power Take Off (PTO) Rear Shaft – The INF 100cc UAV engine can be configured with a rear exiting crank shaft that can integrate Starter/Alternators or other accessories to be run from the engine. The rear shaft allows the engine to integrated more easily to confined vehicle spaces and centre of gravity considerations.
Integrated Starter/Alternator (PN: IF100FIALT)

The IF100FIALT model includes a 3-phase starter/alternator system, available in:

6s (24V) or 12s (48V) configurations
Remote start capability for autonomous UAV operation
In-flight power generation, delivering 200–500W at peak throttle (7000 RPM)
