πŸ“… June Schedule

πŸ‘‹ In June 2026, UQ Boxing will be participating in the Push-Up Challenge. Push-ups are an essential part of boxing training AND exercise is imperative to maintaining good mental health, so we've signed up a team. See our latest post to join in and help raise money!

πŸ₯Š Beginner Boxing + Cardio Box Classes ended AFTER Week 13 of Semester 1. These classes will recommence in Semester 2 Week 1. All members are welcome to join the Technique Class during semester break. There is no requirement to spar in the Technique Class, however, the option is available to those Members who are interested in beginning their sparring journey.

πŸ₯Š All other Sunday sessions are PM (1pm - 3:30pm).

UQ Boxing is joining forces with UQ Cheer & Dance Club, UQ WiSA, UQ NAMSA, UQ LIT, UQ UNSA, and UQ SKIRTS for the Semester 1 Women & Ladies Boxing Session! Bring your friends and get ready to glove up for some boxing fun πŸ₯Š Make sure to wear your comfy
exercise clothes and closed-in shoes and bring a water bottle!

The session is FREE for all and welcomes ALL women & ladies (you don’t need to be a member of any clubs). Please register early to secure your spot and help us plan accordingly!
