Today at the Disability Connection Expo we had the privilege of meeting so many incredible individuals, families, providers & community members who all share the same goal of supporting people to live the life they choose with the right supports around them.

The conversations, the stories and the energy in the room were powerful. This is the kind of HCSS energy we love to see and the kind we want to spread.

Tomorrow we do it all again.
