I’m opening up a small number of complimentary kinesiology sessions as I step deeper into my practice 🤍

These sessions are for you if you’re ready to:
• release emotional blocks
• understand what’s happening beneath the surface
• reconnect with your body and inner clarity

This is a full 1:1 session — not a “quick taster” — where we’ll gently uncover what your body is holding and support it to shift.

We live over 90% of our lives through our subconscious minds, can you imagine how many thoughts you have each day that you are not aware of? Have you ever driven to a location and couldn’t remember driving there, but you got there thanks to your subconscious mind!!

It is important to question your thoughts especially the ones that cause you suffering.
Thoughts can be very powerful as when you continually think a thought, they become beliefs, and then you act out on that thought/belief.
Thoughts create a physiological reaction in our bodies, by asking yourself the following questions, it allows you to expand your thinking to create freedom and provide inner peace.

Question 1:
Is the thought I am thinking really true?

Question 2:
Can I absolutely know that it is true?
Is there evidence of it or was it just a thought that made you believe it was true.

Question 3:
How do I react when I think that thought?
Eg. Angry, frustrated, anxious,sad,lonely etc.

Question 4:
Who would I be without that thought?
Eg. Happy, free, confident, content, excited etc.

Turn the thought around:
Eg. Your original thought might have been “she/he doesn’t love me”, turn the thought around to “he/she does love me”, “ I love me”, “I love him/her”.

Then find 3 examples that the thought is true;
The thought: he/she does love me.
Three examples:
He/she tells me they love me,
He/she wants to spend time with me,
He/she regularly checks in to ask how I am.

This process works well when you write it down, enjoy!!
