Works are progressing well on our cold storage project with precast panels in place, structural steel erected and concrete works well underway including the placement of the glycol underfloor heating system.

Once complete, the 9,000m² footprint will feature three anterooms, three freezers, one chiller and one dry store zone.

What was once a steel skeleton is now a near-complete facility, with roof and wall cladding transforming the site's appearance almost overnight.

While the visual change is striking from all angles, the final phase is now underway as our Heathwood team completes the remaining finishing works and prepares for the project handover in the coming weeks.
