I'd love to create a place where we all share the most profound leadership advice we've received.

I'll go first: 𝓐𝓼𝓴 𝓶𝓸𝓻𝓮 𝓽𝓱𝓪𝓷 𝔂𝓸𝓾 𝓽𝓮𝓵𝓵.

I've shared this before but, man, this was a huge shift in my leadership effectiveness.

Ego drives us to have all the answers, know all the things, be everything to everybody. But that is NOT what makes a good leader. Ask questions, help your team arrive at their own solutions, make getting answers from you the last resort, not the first, and your team will thank you.
