Articulate Storyline users looking to engage learners with scenarios?

Initially, I was thinking about Synthesia, but the avatars just weren't something I could see myself using. Really limited in body movements and gestures. Good for explainer-type videos, not so much scenarios.

Looking at alternatives, I started a test run of D -ID.
Then exported characters from Storyline - each character has hundreds of poses.

After, I uploaded AI-generated audio and the chosen character in various poses as separate avatars.

✅ For a test run .... not bad.

Is it quicker than Synthesia regarding development time?
Probably not. But at least I got my poses in 💁‍♀️
