Hope you are all safe during the recent floods !
Just some reminders when it comes to flooded areas that have had switchboards, power points , lights switches and lights go under 💦. Even though the water is gone and the item turns on, If it’s been flooded forget it ! Floodwater contains a lot of contaminates that corrode the internal electrical contacts and can create the potential for a fire hazard!
Get in contact with a licensed electrician to check, test and replaced any flooded /damaged electrical goods.
It’s not worth having one natural disaster with a preventable electrical fire on top.
