This year has been absolutely wild and we just want to say thank you to everyone who has continued to support our small business throughout the year!

I know we say this a lot... However, when we receive feedback from our orders, it honestly does give us the warm and fuzzies and is a huge part of why we are continuing to push forward.

It's ok to feel flat, happy, sad, lazy, energetic and everything in between. Life can be challenging at times and when it is, it's so important to "be kind to yourself".

For me personally, being kind to myself takes on many forms. Some relate to reducing my workload whilst others relate to creating self-care moments. Here are a few ideas of ways that you can be kind to yourself:
-Not setting unrealistic goals or over filling your calendar
-Saying no to people
-Setting time aside for a DIY facial or taking a relaxing bath
- Sleeping in on the weekend
-Binge watching a Netflix series
- Giving yourself extra self time
- Positive self talk
