In talking to the local "gangs" who ride the illegal electric motorbikes, some are considering reverting to compliant EPAC/200-wat devices. Others are looking at registering at LA (moped) and LC (motorcycle) categories as detailed https://ampdbros.com.au/pages/registering-your-surron-electric-motorcycle

I have seen only one electric motorcycle registered, at Brisbane Airport surrounds on group ride - in traffic - young fella, works at BNE shift hours progressive means of transport.
