⚠️ Important Booking Reminders:
Accommodation is Strictly Limited: This is the first time we are offering on-site accommodation bundles at the Mantra Southport Sharks. These rooms are allocated in order of email receipt and will sell out fast. If you want to stay where the action is, do not wait!
We already exhausted our room allocations once in pre-sale, it's sure to happen again.
Please Note Both Twin Share and Private Share Rooms have a two-person maximum capacity.

What if you miss out on accomodation? There are pleanty more local options to source your own.

Twin Share Bookings: If you are booking a Twin Share room, you must provide the full name and contact details of your roommate at the time of registration so we can link your bookings.

Payment Policy: Upfront payment is required to secure your spot this year (no split payments or holding places). However, Afterpay is available via our Square payment platform if you'd like to use installments!

🔒 Payment Information
Please read the following details carefully regarding booking and payments:
Upfront Payment Required. This year, we will not be holding places or offering split payment options. Payments will be via a Square Payment Invoice that will be issued to your email address with Bank Transfer, Card Payment or Afterpay Options (let us know if you require this one). All places will be offered on a first-come basis. Please note that "All ticket sales are final.
No refunds or exchanges will be provided, including change of mind, except as required by law or under the Australian Consumer Law. Resale tickets may not be honoured; however, a name change option will be available for a small administrative fee to transfer tickets in coordination with us."
Afterpay Option: Our payment platform Square does however offer Afterpay as an option, should you want to explore it. Afterpay allows you to split your payment over installments. Please note that we do not control Afterpay, and it is up to each individual to ensure they have their own account set up should they wish to explore that as an option.

📝 How to Register: Action Required
To secure your ticket and accommodation, you must register directly via email. Please follow these steps carefully:

Step 1: Send your Registration Email

Email us at [email protected] with the subject line: Soiree 2027 Registration - [Your Name].

Step 2: Include Your Booking Details

In the body of the email, please provide:

Your Full Name and Email. If you are booking accommodation, we also require a phone number. Include Dietary requirements (if any)

Your preferred package (Weekend Pass Only, Twin Share Bundle, or Private Room Bundle).

For Twin Share Bookings: You must provide the full name and contact details of your roommate at the time of registration so we can link your bookings.

We cannot wait to dance the weekend away with you on the Gold Coast!
