Operation - Outsource

You will 𝗡𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥 have a “𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁” team.
Initially, I had an exception that “one day” I’ll have a team which is “perfect”,
➡️ Where all the work will be done without my involvement & there will be no ISSUES AT ALL..
➡️ Where every team member takes responsibility for the results and won’t stop until the results are achieved.
Well, It took me quite sometime to realize that I have wrong expectation and it will never happen.
If one thing I learned from hiring over 60 employees and currently running a 30+ team business about team is,
✅ YOU WILL ALWAYS HAVE CHALLENGES relating to your team members.
BUT
𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗱𝗼 𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁.
What can you do?
💡 SETUP RITUALS IN YOUR COMPANY AND FOLLOW THEM RELIGIOUSLY.
Some of the rituals that have worked wonders in my company include:
1️⃣ Setting up systems and processes in place so there is uniformity with the work AND REVIEW THEM WEEKLY.
2️⃣ Having a daily huddle and weekly review meetings with the team(This is an absolute “Game Changer”)
3️⃣ Setting up a culture where employees are encouraged to share their goals and challenges AND THE MANAGEMENT DOING ITS BEST TO HELP THEM ACHIEVE THEIR GOALS.
4️⃣ Encouraging the team to constantly improve and grow. Having a training calendar for the team.
5️⃣ Making sure there is “Open Communication” and all team members feel valued & you have a constant feedback program to get suggestions.

As a CEO of your company, you can achieve your goal to a certain limit if you are a one person company.

if you try to achieve your goal alone, it will be a slow process. You will be overwhelmed with everything that needs to be done. You will be doing things which are below your pay grade and do those things which you dislike doing.

If you have a bigger dream, the best way to achieve your dram is to build a powerful team who is aligned with your vision and do it together.

You don't have to hire a six figure full time employee to begin with. You can start small.

May be start with a part time employee or pay by hour freelancer.

Once you are comfortable, Then you can think of hiring more team members.
