Hard truth? A lot of you do want change but you’re still holding onto the habits, routines and mindset that are keeping you exactly where you are.
You cannot keep restarting every single week and expect confidence, discipline and consistency to magically build themselves. At some point you need to stop waiting to “feel ready” and start becoming the person your goals actually require.
Your daily choices matter more than your intentions ever will 👏👀🩷

Did this call you out (be honest) 👀👇💌
If your routine only exists when life feels “easy,” it’s not a routine, it’s a phase 👇🩷
Life isn’t going to slow down for you to get your s**t together. You need to learn how to keep showing up through the chaos, not disappear every time it hits. Adjust the plan, pull things back, do what you can, but stop dropping everything and starting over.
Consistency isn’t built in perfect weeks, it’s built in the messy ones!!!
You don’t “lack discipline”… you keep giving in to the moment. Let’s unpack it 👇🩷👀🍫
That “just one more bite,” “I’ll start tomorrow,” “f**k it, I’ve already gone over anyway” 🫣
It feels small, it feels harmless, it feels good for a second…
But that’s the problem, you’re choosing a 2 minute dopamine hit over the results you keep saying you want and then you sit there frustrated, wondering why nothing is changing. It’s not because you don’t know what to do, it’s because in those moments, you’re not thinking about the version of you you’re trying to become… you’re just chasing what feels easiest right now.
That’s the cycle
So next time you’re about to go “f**k it”… pause and ask yourself: am I choosing what’s easy, or what actually gets me closer to my goals?
Because you don’t get both…
And if you’re stuck in that binge/restrict/start again Monday cycle, this is exactly the s**t we break inside my 1:1 coaching
Enough “starting over” every week, enough letting food control you. DM or comment “READY” or hit the 1:1 coaching link in my bio and actually see what this could look like for you!! 🩷🚀

How are you spending your easter this year? 🐣🩷
I feel as though there is a lot of talk about how to not over indulge this easter, so thought I would make a post about some ways you can enjoy easter this year and the treats that come with it, without completely restricting yourself. 👇
1. DO WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY! 🐣🫶🏼
It’s one day of the year and it should be enjoyed however you want! If you goal is to stay on track then track it. Don’t feel guilty for eating chocolate this weekend or any other day! Focus on you and what makes you happy!
2. PLAN YOUR PORTIONS 🐥🍫
Set limits on how much chocolate you’ll allow yourself to indulge in each day. Pre-portioning your treats can help you stick to your limits and prevent mindless overeating.
3. OPT FOR QUALITY OVER QUANTITY 🐣🩷
Instead of mindlessly munching on every chocolate egg in sight, choose a few high-quality treats that you truly enjoy. Savour each bite and make it a special experience rather than a binge fest.
4. PRACTICE MINDFUL EATING 🐣🤍
Before reaching for another chocolate bunny, pause and ask yourself if you’re truly hungry or just eating out of habit or boredom. Mindful eating helps you tune in to your body’s hunger and fullness cues, preventing overindulgence.
You should not let certain foods dictate your life! If you find that you do let food dictate your life, message me I would love to help! 🩷🐣
