Bergamot! I am rediscovering my enjoyment of Bergamot this month, it is the focus oil in our oily support group. Bergamot is known for it's calming and soothing aroma and skin purifying benefits. Today paired with spearmint it is calming and uplifting, which is much needed today with 3 boys under 8 in the house
