Strength training has the greatest and most consistent return on investment out there. I genuinely believe that.
Last year was tough. Some challenging health circumstances meant my training stalled and I had to swallow the ego, slow down, and take my own advice. Small progressions. Better ex*****on. Not always lifting heavier, just lifting smarter. The best programs are boring on paper. They’re just executed really well.
Today was a great session and I’m feeling like myself again.
Three hours a week. That’s all it takes. When the program is right and the effort is real, the returns are remarkable. Lean muscle. Resilience. A body that performs at a high level and stays injury free for longer. The stronger you are, the less likely you are to get hurt. Strength is armour.
