Are you passionate about coffee and have experience in the industry? Ground Rules Coffee is expanding and looking for a dedicated and experienced barista to join our vibrant team in Brendale.

Position: Experienced Barista / FOH Team member.
Location: Brendale, QLD

At Ground Rules Coffee, we pride ourselves on serving exceptional coffee from our on premises roastery in combination with our café/restaurant.

While creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our customers. We believe in quality, community, and excellence in everything we do.

Currently running 2 blends on Mythos Grinders, EK43, and Astoria Storm Coffee Machine.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and care.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with our patrons.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years proven experience in the coffee industry.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Ability to dial in Coffee
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a timely manner solo or with the team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including Saturdays when required.
• Passion for coffee and a keen eye for detail.
