PROJECT UPDATE

Works are progressing well on the Kilcoy Indoor Sports Centre Upgrade, with the project continuing to take shape for Somerset Regional Council and the wider Kilcoy community.

The upgrade includes an expansion of the existing facilities, featuring a larger 24-hour gym, new gymnastics area, refurbishment works, upgraded amenities, improved accessibility and additional car parking.

Importantly, the project has been designed to support both current and future sport and recreation demand, while improving the long-term functionality and sustainability of the facility. A key feature will be the new secure 24-hour access gym, providing the community with greater flexibility and access outside standard operating hours.

We’re proud to be involved in delivering another important community-focused project for the region and look forward to seeing the finished result come to life.

PROJECT COMPLETION: Premis has completed the refurbishment of approximately 700m² of office space within F Block Level 5 at Queensland University of Technology.

The project involved transforming an existing office environment into a refreshed and contemporary workspace better suited to the University’s current needs, including new meeting rooms, upgraded kitchen facilities, new workstations and significant mechanical services upgrades, including the installation of a new AHU.

This project adds to Premis’ growing portfolio of tertiary education projects delivered across live campus environments throughout Queensland.
