To our dear friends,

After much reflection and with heavy hearts, we are writing to let you know that Total Beauty & Health will be closing its doors permanently at 12 noon on Wednesday, 24th December 2025. After 13 meaningful years, this has been an incredibly difficult decision.

Looking back, what stands out most is not the treatments, schedules, or routines; it’s the people. Each and every one of you has played a part in shaping our journey, and the impact you’ve had on our lives is something we will always carry with us. Over the years, you have shared your stories, trusted us with your care, and allowed us to be part of important moments in your lives. For that, we are truly grateful.

You became more than clients. You became a community we genuinely cared for; people we looked forward to seeing, talking with, and supporting. Your loyalty and kindness helped make Total Beauty & Health a place filled with connection, warmth and purpose.

Closing our doors is not easy, and we will deeply miss the familiar faces, conversations, and relationships that have grown over the past 13 years. Please know how honoured we feel to have been part of your lives, and how much your support over the years has meant to us.

Thank you for choosing us, for standing by us, and for becoming part of our extended family. We will miss you all dearly, and we are so grateful for the memories we take with us.
