A peek inside our living room the other night... 😂
Our son told me earlier in the day that he was confused why a mechanic charged him for a "wheel rotation" when wheels rotate anyway. I thought it was so funny that when we were all together later that night, I had him tell my wife to see what she thought.
Turns out, her brain went in a completely different direction—thinking they physically took the wheel off and rotated it on the studs! ⚙️
I didn’t catch my explanation on camera, but for anyone else wondering: they just swap the tyres around (front to back) for even wear. 🚗
Beyond the laugh, this moment got me thinking about how we communicate. 🧠✨
✨️Every single one of us hears words but interprets them differently based on our own lived experiences, backgrounds, and logic. We all thought we were being perfectly reasonable, yet we had three completely different mental pictures.
🌻It's a perfect example of how easily everyday conversations can blow up, get completely misinterpreted, or just go nowhere. In business and in life, we often think we are talking about the exact same thing as the person across from us, when in reality, we are miles apart.
🤍Next time a conversation feels stuck or a client seems confused, it’s worth asking: Are we actually using the same definition, or are our brains just looking at the "wheels" differently?
✨“What is it that you do?”✨
This is a common question I get asked... and honestly, I struggle to answer it.
Not because I am unsure of my qualifications, my expertise, or my education. As someone who loves knowledge, I’ve spent years studying the mind, the body, and the energy systems connecting them.
But what happens in my space is just so much deeper than a textbook description.
When I meet you, I’m reading between the lines. I can feel your energy, your nervous system, and everything that lies beneath the surface. I don’t wish to “fix” you or analyze you. My only goal is to help you feel a little better than you did when you arrived.
Whether that’s through deep conversation while we do your hair, switching your analytical mind off on the massage table, or finally feeling safe, seen, and cared for.
If I didn’t need to pay bills or buy stock, I would do this for next to nothing. The peace and harmony I see on someone’s face after a session—or the confidence in their eyes when they look in the mirror—is everything to me.
What happens here is special. I can’t always explain it... and honestly, neither can my clients. You just have to let go of the questions, close your eyes, and feel it.🤍
🤍✨Ever feel a dull ache or tightness in your lower back and think, “I must have just stood up wrong today”?
Our bodies are brilliant storytellers. Often, when the lower back locks up, it’s not just physical fatigue—it’s our foundation speaking to us. It’s the space where we carry the weight of survival, financial pressure, or the heavy feeling of being unsupported.
I recently sat down and recorded a bit of a raw, unfiltered brain-dump about this. Because my mind connects the dots across body, mind, and spirit all at once, the video flows exactly how my thoughts go deep, interconnected, and moving through the physical and emotional layers of pain.
Think of this video as a little taster of how we can begin to listen to what our bodies are actually trying to say.

I’d love to hear how this lands with you. Drop a comment below if you have any questions or if this resonated with your own body lately.
