“Three months ago, Rav committed to herself.
She made a decision to show up. Every single Saturday at 6am.
Week after week.

While some are still asleep, she is building strength, confidence and proving to herself what she’s capable of.

Her initial onboarding said “I want to learn and challenge myself with some new exercises”
Fast forward to now…
Deadlift PB
Push ups progressing NO MORE KNEE PUSH UPS 👏
Leg pressing over 100kg
Training for her FIRST half marathon
Learning to fuel her body properly instead of under-eating
Stronger, faster and more resilient than ever

What I’m most proud of isn’t the numbers on the bar though.
It’s the way she’s approached the process.
The willingness to trust the plan.
The consistency when motivation wasn’t there.
The courage to eat more to support performance.
The commitment to becoming stronger for her!
There is something incredibly powerful about watching a woman realise she is capable of more than she ever gave herself credit for.
And Rav, you’re only getting started.
The half marathon is coming.
The strength is building.
