He came across an extensive collection of valuable wine that had gone bad due to damp. He realised that a sealed, insulated wine cellar would have preserved and enhanced the value of the wine at a fraction of the cost of the collection. Grant has built a network of exceptional tradesmen, architects and suppliers which enable him to manage every aspect of a wine cellar project, from small residential wine racks up to large commercial wine cellars.
