💙 20 hours of silence. One powerful cause.

Over the weekend, Laura Mitchell, our Growth & Transformation Manager, participated in the 20 Hours of Silence challenge in support of youth mental health charity 20Talk.

Held in a shared indoor venue alongside hundreds of participants, the experience combines reflection, mindfulness and community while raising vital funds for young Australians facing mental health challenges.

Laura has almost reached her incredible $2,000 fundraising target, and collectively, participants across both the Saturday and Sunday challenges have raised close to $50,000 for this important cause.

We’re incredibly proud of Laura for taking on this challenge and equally proud to support initiatives that turn intention into impact and help create meaningful change for young people.
