🕒 Work System & Compensation

1️⃣ Small or Existing Projects

Rate: USD 2.50/hour

Schedule: 5 hours/day × 3 days/week

Pay: Monthly — paid even if there is no active small or existing project during the month

2️⃣ Large Projects

Rate: USD 2.50/hour

Schedule: 5 hours/day × 5 days/week

Monthly Payment:

50% paid during work

50% upon on-time delivery of the project

Required hours are calculated according to international project-time standards
