Charles Spurgeon personally led my great grandfather to Christ, mentored him at Spurgeon's College, then sent him to America to plant churches. Now we're 4 generations of Southern Baptist pastors. I inherited Spurgeon's lectern, this portrait & many personal items, letters & sermon notes.
