Just my usual Saturday morning ritual 😁 This routine helps my nervous system recover from the busy working week so I can relax, get quality sleep and really enjoy the rest of the weekend ☺️

Waking up by myself with no alarm and walking slowly along the beach just listening to the waves is a very relaxing way to start the day 🙏 🌊

Day 7 we are docked in Limassol, Cyprus and travelling to Pathos to see Aphrodites Rock, very old mosaics in the house of Dionysus (the black and white mosaics are 2,300 years old!), a Turkish delight making factory 😋 and a very beautiful old church (sorry no inside photo allowed) 🪨 🌞 🌊

Day 5 and 6 we are in Turkey 🇹🇷, eating Turkish delight, learning how silk thread is harvested, watching carpet weaving and visiting many ruins in Ephesus 😊
